EVENT: Tanya’s Raw Food Café opens at myhotel Chelsea
Raw food specialist and professional wellness coach, Tanya Maher launches her first raw food restaurant and superfood cocktail bar this summer in boutique four-star hotel, myhotel Chelsea. The restaurant and bar will be located on the ground floor of the hotel, in the space previously occupied by the hotel’s conservatory.
Tanya’s Raw Food Café is about blending innovative technique with seasonal produce and offering delicious culinary art in a classy natural environment. Her cutting edge, living cuisine is as energising and impressive, as it is elegant. Consisting of delicious dishes that include plant based burgers, curries, lasagnes, cashews cheese platters and raw chocolate cake, the menu has been designed to reflect our busy schedule and provide loving nourishment at all times of the day.
As well as the decadent yet super healthy recipes you can also enjoy one of the many superfood packed cocktails, made with top quality vegan plants and ethically sourced alcohol from all over the world. Highlights include the Greena Colada with gold rum and barley grass and the South Asian Bloody Mary with cold pressed tomato juice and goji infused vodka. Relax in this homely café or eat on the go with their Grab & Go box and take away service, available throughout day.
Tanya Maher, owner and creator of Better Raw, has been a professional wellness coach for half a decade. During this time she’s been invited to present at some of UK’s most prestigious events, including Alternatives, GlaxoSmithKline, Nutri Centre, VegFest, Wow Talks and Natural & Organic Product Expo. She is also a Tri-best Ambassador.
She has a diploma as a Holistic Health Coach from the world’s biggest nutrition school (IIN), is a Reiki do Satori master teacher and has published six eBooks. She runs various retreats around the UK and Ecuador, coaching 90 clients 1on1 and 270 clients as a group, teaching over 550 clients the making of raw foods and presenting to thousands.
